Your dentist will be able to tell you what products will and will not work for you.
It is also beneficial to have your teeth professionally cleaned before beginning any whitening treatments. After whitening, try to stay away from foods and drinks that stain the teeth as well as tobacco products for at least 48 to 72 hours.
